1. Is there an age limit for attending WCT?
You must be 16.5 years old to attend school.
We have had students range from 17 to 61 attend our courses.
2. Do I have to have a drivers license?
No, not for the Heavy Equipment Training Course.
The Dump Truck Driving Seminar has certain requirements listed
here.
3. Do I have to have a High School diploma?
No, not if you have a GED or Transcripts, or a DD214 (military
form) otherwise an entrance exam will be required. (25.00 Fee)
4. Where do I go for Financial Assistance?
If unemployed, check with the employment offices. They have numerous
programs that you might be eligible for.
If from Montana, check into Job Services Division AFLCIO.
If you have a learning or physical disability, check with your
local Dept. of Vocational Rehabilitation.
If you are a Vet apply for VA Benefits. If you are a disabled
Vet all expenses will be covered.
If you are from Alaska check into the Alaska Student Loan Program
or if native check with your tribe.
If none of the above applies to you, We have funding available
through a Financial Institute that offers student loans. The interest
rate is based on the borrower's credit.

5. Is there a local housing list available?
Yes ... We understand the difficulties involved for students
to attend from distant locations. Over the years we have developed
a broad network of housing and related services in our local community.
We work closely with each student to meet their needs. A housing
list will be mailed to you as part of your enrollment packet.
6. What happens when I graduate?
We offer Job Placement Assistance Nationwide. We have a high ratio
of successful placements. We certainly cannot guarantee you a
job because no one can. Your success is ultimately up to you.
However, we do everything possible to assist in your success.
After all it's a direct reflection on our success as well! We
show you how to portray your training on your resume, provide
active job leads and introduce you to web sites that locate work
in your area. We also distribute leads that come in from Employers
looking for operators.
