We are NOT eligible for Federal Funding or FAFSA Funds (such as Pell Grants, Stafford Loan, etc.) because our individual courses are not long enough to qualify.
However, there are a variety of funding options available to individuals who would like to attend our school. This will vary by state, available funds and your circumstances. The following list offers ideas and resources to consider:
- If you are unemployed, recently laid off, or under-employed, you may be eligible for many different state funded training options and benefits. Visit www.careeronestop.org for resources in your area.
- If you have a physical or learning disability, check with the local DVR Office or Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
- If you were in the military, you can apply for VA benefits. If you are a child of a disabled Veteran, you may be eligible for “dependent” benefits. www.gibill.va.gov
- If you are a Native American, you can apply for BIA Benefits through your tribal office. Call us for a Letter of Acceptance.
- If you are a resident of Alaska, check out the website www.state.ak.us/acpe or call 1-800-441-2962 to apply for an Alaska Student Loan.
- If you are a member of any Hobby Groups (Car Clubs, Sport Clubs, etc.), or other Organization such as Elks, Moose, or even a religious affiliation, check with them for available options and eligibility requirements for Adult Vocational Scholarships.
- Also, if you are willing to click thru many ads online, you can receive a 45-page guide to save on your desktop. This has thousands of listings for scholarships you may be eligible for. Go to their website at www.freescholarshipguide.com or call 1-866-514-2972.
- If you have decent credit, and a current source of income, or a cosigner who meets this criteria, you can apply for a personal loan through American General Finance. Call 1-877-632-7242 or visit their website at www.agfinance.com.
- A new Tuition Assistance Program via Tuition Options may be available if you are ready to make an investment today! Down payment & Credit check REQUIRED for borrower & co-borrower.
