Course Description
40 Hour Hazardous Materials Incident Response
Operations (EPA 165.5) OSHA requires training in 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(I)
for workers on RCRA and CERLA sites as well as sites recognized
by other government agencies.
This course allows safety, health and environmental personnel,
heavy equipment operators, technicians, and others involved
with investigation and remediation of hazardous waste facilities
to meet OSHA's requirements.
Students who successfully complete this course receive a OSHA
Hazwoper 120 Certification Card.
OSHA requires students to take an annual refresher class to
maintain training certification.
